Where do you ship?

We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines. Whether you're in Metro Manila or the provinces, we’ll get your order delivered to your doorstep.

How long does delivery take? Do you offer same-day delivery?

Shipping usually takes:

  • Metro Manila : 1-3 business days
  • Provincial Areas : 3-7 business days

Delivery time may vary during holidays or promotional events.

  • We offer same-day delivery through the following options:

A. Gadget Hunter's in-house delivery service - Available within 8KM radius of Del Monte, Quezon City.

B. Lalamove booking - For areas outside our in-house service radius (fees may apply)

Message us before placing your order to check service availability and cut-off times.

What is your cut-off time for same-day delivery?

For same-day delivery via our in-house service, the cut-off time is 10:00 AM. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for next business day delivery.

However, you may still receive your order on the same day by booking through Lalamove (fees apply). Feel free to message us for assistance,

How much is the shipping fee?

Shipping fees depend on your location, chosen courier, size and weight of the item. Don’t forget to check if we’re running any free shipping promos for a better deal!

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available through our in-house delivery service (within serviceable areas). Just select COD at checkout if it appears as an option for your location.

For third-party couriers, COD availability, fees, and amount limits may vary depending on the service provider.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping via LBC. Simply send us a message to coordinate and arrange the shipment to your location.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via SMS or email. For third-party couriers, you can track your order directly through their app or official websites.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes, you may opt for in-store pick-up at our location in L2 SM MOA Square, SM Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City. Choose “Store Pick-Up” during checkout and wait for our confirmation.

How are items packed for shipping?

All gadgets and electronics are securely packed using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We prioritize safety and care with every order, especially for delicate tech items.

What if I receive a damaged or defected item?

No worries! Please contact us immediately upon receiving your package so we can assist you. Depending on the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What does warranty cover?

Our warranty typically covers factory defects, including malfunctioning hardware or software issues, provided they are not caused by misuse or accidental damage. Please note that accessories like chargers, cables, and case covers may have limited or no warranty.

What's not covered by warranty?

Damages caused by water exposure (unless specified as waterproof), drops, mishandling, unauthorized repairs, or tampered serial numbers and QC stickers are not covered under warranty.

How do I claim warranty?

You may contact us via our website or official social media channels. We’ll guide you through the process and inform you about the necessary documents or information, such as proof of purchase, photos, and videos of the issue.

Do I need to return the item to claim the warranty?

Yes, items must be returned for inspection and service. We will coordinate with you regarding the return instructions and shipping method.

Yes, repairs done at our authorized service centers come with a 30-day service warranty on replaced parts and labor, starting from the date of repair completion.
