Pre-Owned Devices:
We offer a FREE 6-month warranty or choose a 12-month extended warranty option, covering technical defects. If an issue arises, the item will be either repaired or exchanged based on our specialist's assessment.

To maintain warranty eligibility:

• The QC sticker must remain intact. Removing or tampering with the QC sticker whether intentional or accidental will immediately void the warranty.
  

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage (e.g. drops, liquid spills, etc.)
• Misuse or improper handling
• Tampering or unauthorized repairs
  

Returns & Aftersales Policy:

• Defects or Repairs:
  For items returned due to defects or repair concerns, the customer will initially shoulder the shipping fee back to our warehouse.
  

Note: If the item is confirmed to have a covered product defect after inspection (i.e., QC sticker intact, within warranty period, and no signs of misuse), we will reimburse the return shipping fee paid by the customer.
